Parts Return Policy

Mega Parts Return Policy

Our intention is to make the parts return process as fast and easy as possible.  To return a part contact our Parts Sales team at parts@megacorpinc.com or 800.345.8889. Please have at least one of the following items available:

  • Your Purchase Order number
  • Mega Sales Order number
  • Mega Invoice number

If a part is returnable we will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. Your return shipment must include a copy of the RMA.  The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and returned parts will not be accepted for credit after the RMA expiration date.  Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returned Parts must meet the following criteria:

  • Parts must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returned parts must be in "like new" condition.  Parts deemed not acceptable will not be eligible for credit.
  • Rubber parts and parts containing rubber are not returnable.
  • Special order parts are not returnable.
  • Returned parts must be listed on the RMA to be eligible for credit.

Accepted returns will be credited to your account or credit card (less a 35% restocking fee). No cash refunds will be issued.
