To start the Mega warranty process please contact Mega Product Support at the first identification of an issue. Also, please contact the Mega Warranty Administrator before filing a claim with Mega either by email warranty@megacorpinc.com or by calling 1-800-345-8889. This helps to determine the nature of your claim with us and to help you get started with the filing process.

Forms You Will Need.

Mega Dealer Claim Form Submitted by dealers to claim warranty/work performed on Mega equipment.

In-Service Report Submitted by the dealer to start warranty coverage. In-service report can be submitted online or mailed within 30 days of vehicle being put into service. Mega requires the customer/owner to complete the In-Service report and return it to Mega within 30 (thirty) days from the date the machine is placed into service. In addition, In-Service must begin no later than 1 year from the invoice date of the machine unless otherwise stated in the sales contract.

How do I start the Mega warranty process?

Please contact Mega Product Support at the first identification of a potential warranty issue.


What is Mega's warranty standard period?

Mega warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the time the unit is first placed into service.


What information is required to submit a Mega warranty claim?

Please provide (at a minimum) the following:

Dealer Claim Form
Please download and complete the Dealer Claim Form.
In-Service Report for the unit
The In-Service Report must be submitted at the time of product commissioning. This is a good time to ensure that Mega has received a copy of the unit's In-Service Report.
Work Order
The work order should provide a detailed breakdown of the labor hours by operations and parts used to complete the repair or modification.
Parts
Proof of parts purchased to complete repair or modifications.

Please provide any additional information that is relevant to the claim. Please be advised that additional information may be required to process the claim.


How do I submit my Mega warranty claim documents?

You can send your forms and paperwork via email, mail or fax. Please make sure to attach all of your forms (work orders, parts invoices, pictures and any other supporting documentation for the claim) before sending.

What is covered under the Mega warranty?

Mega warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to Mega's Standard Warranty Policy for more detailed information or contact the Mega Warranty Administrator if you have any questions.


 

What is not covered under the Mega warranty?

Mega does not warrant malfunctions and failures resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, or lack of performance of regular maintenance services, nor does it include the replacement of maintenance items made in connection with normal maintenance services. In addition, travel mileage, travel labor, or related travel expenses (such as meals or lodging) will not be covered.

This warranty becomes null and void when the product is disassembled, welded-upon, or in any way materially altered without prior written approval from Mega.
