Job Description:

  • 5-7 years designing of mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
  • Proficient using information systems & processes (Excel, Word, & Power Point).
  • Experience with Pro/E or similar 3D modeling package.
  • Experience working directly with end customers.
  • Project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% both domestically & internationally.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience designing electro-hydraulic systems for mining and construction applications.
  • Background/higher level of understanding in development processes.
  • Background in construction & off highway equipment.
  • An understanding of international standards.
  • Experience with taking a project from concept to serial production.
  • Participation on international teams.
  • Proficient use of ProE Creo modeling tools.
  • System simulation tools experience (i.e. EASY5).

Mega Corp. is seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to join our team.


Mega Corp Inc, a leading manufacturer of specialty haulage products for the construction and mining industry, is seeking applications for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico or possibly, the option to work remotely. This position is responsible for developing machine sales, profit, and market share of an assigned region. Depending on region assigned, the Regional Sales Manager may have a focus on construction, mining, or national accounts.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Forms and maintains strong business relationships with dealers and end-user customers
  • Helps to develop and implement marketing and strategic plans for the assigned sales area
  • Manages customer and market business information, plans and forecasts to be incorporated into the annual corporate budget and used by the company to manage its sales efforts in the assigned area
  • Prepares and presents sales quotations and other communication as necessary to achieve sales and manage customer relationships

Essential Job Requirements

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or GED and College degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Required

Five+ years sales experience in the heavy equipment industry with knowledge of Caterpillar/Komatsu products.
